At Mj Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and learning experiences.

1. Digital Products and Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to course materials, all course purchases are generally non-refundable.

2. Live Programs and Workshops

Refund requests for live programs may be considered only if submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date.

After the program has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

3. Duplicate Payments

Any duplicate payment made due to technical issues will be refunded after verification.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Mj Academy reserves the sole right to evaluate and approve refund requests in exceptional circumstances.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

6. Cancellation by Mj Academy

If a program is cancelled by Mj Academy, participants will receive:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer enrollment to another batch
