Refund & Return Policy – MJ Academy

At MJ Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences through our online and offline programs. However, due to the nature of digital and educational services, our refund policy is outlined as follows:

1. Pre-recorded Courses & Digital Products

All sales of pre-recorded courses, digital products, or downloadable materials are non-refundable. Once purchased, access is granted immediately, and therefore, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. One-on-One Online Classes

Payments made for one-on-one online training or consultation sessions are non-refundable. We invest time and resources to schedule and deliver personalized guidance, and hence these services are not eligible for any return or refund.

3. Webinars

If you are not satisfied with a webinar session, you are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of after completing the webinar. To request a refund, you must email us at support@academy.mjdigital.in or WhatsApp us at +91 96690 24812. within this 24-hour period. Requests beyond this window will not be considered.

4. Offline Academic Programmes

We do offer refunds for our offline academic programs, subject to the following conditions:

A refund request must be made within 7 days of enrollment.
After 7 days, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

To initiate a refund for an offline program or a webinar, please send an email with your full name, course details, and reason for refund to:

Once the refund is approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
